The Hidden Work
August 8th - 9th

'In Ancient Egypt, Prayer Absolute was well-known. It was called the Hidden Work, and records were kept by the temple priests of their attempts to meet this obligation toward the Absolute."

"Prayer-Absolute is an entirely different activity in an entirely new category, requiring the temporary passage of those performing this service into much higher dimensions for the sake of the Absolute."

"The Absolute is in need of a special activity called Prayer-Absolute, which no other being but man, which is to say a three-centrum being with an awakened biological machine, can perform."

"The Seven-Day Creation Cycle is the Key to Prayer-Absolute."

"The Work is a return to this world because we have compassion toward the Absolute. Because of this compassion we are willing to take the obligation to perfect ourselves, endure eternal return, awaken the machine and allow it to act upon our Being as a source of transformation."

"Prayer Absolute is in the form of an objective, nine-stepped octave which includes two intentional retardations introduced by internal activities of the awakened biological machine."

Here is a contemplation prayer you may find useful:

"In motion, bowing, my presence comes to Thee.
Humbly, with heart alive, my presence awakens to Thee.
With clear mind, my presence comes to know Thee.
With pity for they suffering, my presence becomes aware of Thee.
With yearning, my presence wishes to comfort Thee.
In ignorance, my presence serves Thee
In contemplation, my presence recognizes how to serve Thee.
In mystery, my presence is a comfort to Thee.
In form and formlessness, my presence becomes Thee."

Opening Address:
This brief text establishes the tone and sets the stage for the workshop. "Workshop" in the singular is a trifle misleading since there are actulally many workshops clustered together under this one theme forming the whole of the workshop. This address points toward the underlying thread that permeates each of the individual events.

Schedule of Events:
Just as the name implies this page will give you the schedule of events to be held during the workshop. Refer here for timings and brief descriptions.

Materials:
If there are any materials needed for the workshop they will be list here. This can be items such as software to download, tablets and crayons, tapes, music, maybe even a cookie and milk. Whatever may be required, it should be listed on this page.

Check-off List:
This page contains a check-off list of items and procedures for the workshop. Be sure to refer to this list periodly prior to a workshop for changes.
