TP157 Creation Story Verbatim
You should hear the Lord do Her...yes, Her! Thing in this recording of a live performance of the play at the Nevada Theatre, Nevada City, CA, under the direction of author E.J. Gold. Grace Kelly Rivera's Lord is wonderful - her demeanor suggests at one and the same time a Puerto-Rican Long Island Jewish Princess and Lady Macbeth in full regal mourning, high-camp style. Robbert Campbell is equally roaringly funny as the Archangel Gabriel, the archetypical "straight man". His befuddled, ruffled-feather, Stan-Laurel-hint of Divinity coupled with his not-so-heavenly antics provide the perfect (and possibly eternal) foil to the Lord, Herself.
